Return Policies
CGW offers a 100% PLUS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.  In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect item with your order, simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund, including any return shipping charges.
Returns received more than 30 days from the original date of purchase will not be accepted.

All items returned must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged during return shipping, due to insufficient packaging or damaged during assembly due to  test fitting or
unauthorized modification.
  • Restocking Fees:
    Unused and Unopened items in the Original Sealed Packaging can be returned less a 15% restocking fee. The return must include any packing slips, receipts, all manufactures manuals, documentation, registration and any accessories that were shipped with the product.
    Shipping cost's are non refundable.

    Packaging with Broken Seals - No Returns , No Exceptions - Please Order Carefully.
    Example of un-returnable items: Items with missing Wrappers, Broken Plastic Casings, Broken Inspection Seals, Or that show evidence of tampering, test fitting. Tool Marks, marred finishes etc....

 
Are Products under a Manufactures OEM warranty ? Yes.
All products sold on this site are New In Box unless otherwise stated and carry the full weight of the original manufactures implied warranty. Please contact the manufacture concerning any perceived defects, replacement parts or need for warranty service. CGW can assist you in finding the right contact information.
 
How do I arrange a return ?
If you should need to return an item first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from a customer representative by calling us or sending an e-mail message. Returned items MUST have the RMA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Please include a copy of the invoice.

To ensure that your return is accepted,  your order must be returned in its original packaging and be sent with UPS, Fed Ex or another carrier which provides a tracking number.  All returns sent via US Mail must have a 'Delivery Signature Tag' attached to them to ensure that we will be notified when they arrive.

Returns received more than 30 days from the original date of purchase will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns of damaged merchandise that has not first been reported to us.  Any unreported damaged goods that arrive at our warehouse,  is assumed to have been damaged during the return trip.  We can not be held liable for returned merchandise that arrives damaged,  due to insufficient packaging.  Nor can we be held responsible for damaged merchandise that was sent without insurance.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm if there are delivery restrictions in their jurisdiction on any ordered items.  We do not refund shipping costs on merchandise that is returned due to another jurisdiction's import regulations.
